Well, we’re here for you. We have listed the top 10 best smartphones that are currently available to buy. These are only smartphones that are available as of today. 10. Huawei P30 Pro

For a lot of people, the Huawei P30 Pro is going to be the absolute best smartphone you can buy. It checks just about every box out there. It has an incredible camera, an amazing display and killer battery life. Now while President Trump has said that Huawei is off of the Entity List, its future is still not certain. Which is why the P30 Pro is so far down on our list.

There’s not many phones out there that can best the P30 Pro, and if you don’t live in the US, it is a really great smartphone to pick up. Especially with that periscope camera that can do 10x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom – it’s going to be a stalker’s best friend.

The P30 Pro is not available in the US, officially, but you can pick it up from Amazon for about $909 and it does not come with a warranty.

9. Razer Phone 2

The Razer Phone 2 is one of the best values you can get, period. It has been discounted pretty heavily since it launched last year, down to just $399 – in fact that is $100 less than it was when we did this list last month. For that price, this is a no-brainer purchase.

Razer has packed this phone with a 5.7-inch Quad HD LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Now it is smaller than most other phones on this list, but where it really differs is when it comes the fact that this is a 16:9 aspect ratio, and not a much taller aspect ratio. So it feels more comfortable in your hands, there’s no black bars around video when you’re watching YouTube and such. There’s also a 4000mAh capacity battery inside, that will keep it going all day long.

At $499, it’s hard to pass up the Razer Phone 2, unless you use Sprint. You can pick it up from Amazon using the link below.

8. Xiaomi Mi 9

The Xiaomi Mi 9 is another smartphone that’s not available in the US, but it is still a really good option for a lot of people. This is another “value” smartphone, with 2019 specs.

With the Mi 9, we’re looking at a Snapdragon 855 with up to 8GB of RAM. It also has a triple-camera setup on the back, which produces some really good looking pictures. Xiaomi is using the very popular Sony sensor that’s 48-megapixels and takes some really good looking shots.

There is a notch on the Mi 9, but it’s a pretty small one. It’s a water-droplet notch and one that you will likely not even notice after using the phone for a few days. Remember that if you are looking to bring this to the US, it may not work on US 4G LTE networks, so you’ll want to check out the bands before purchasing.

7. HONOR 20 Pro

The HONOR 20 Pro is pretty similar to the Huawei P30 Pro, but much cheaper – and doesn’t have that crazy periscope camera.

This smartphone from HONOR has everything you’d expect from a 2019 smartphone. A big, beautiful display, a pretty large capacity battery, and of course a quad camera setup, for taking some really incredible photos. HONOR has the usual ultrawide, wide and telephoto lenses on the 20 Pro here. But it also includes a dedicated macro lens, which takes some really great close-up shots.

HONOR did everything right with the 20 Pro, but unfortunately, due to the Trump Ban, we are unsure if the HONOR 20 Pro will be sold much longer, and even if it will continue to be an Android smartphone. We do, however, know that it will be getting Android Q.

6. Google Pixel 3 Series

The Pixel 3 lineup has dropped out of the top 5 now, and that shouldn’t come as a surprise, with the Pixel 4 right around the corner.

But no one can deny that these smartphones still have one of the best cameras on the market. If you’re one that just wants to take photos, and doesn’t want to mess around with settings at all, then the Pixel 3 is the one. It’ll also be getting Android Q when it launches (likely) next month. Making it one of the first, and one of the only ones to get updated to Q this year. On top of this, it has a 5.5-inch or 6.4-inch display, depending on the model. Which is going to be plenty of space for watching videos.

The Pixel 3 has come down in price a bit, coming in at $659 now. And you can pick it up from Amazon using the link below.

5. Samsung Galaxy Note9

Yes, the Galaxy Note10 is due to come out next month with Samsung announcing it on August 7. That will likely make the Galaxy Note9 cheaper now. That also makes this an even better purchase now. The Galaxy Note9 was $999 when it first came out, now you can get an unlocked model for just $659. That’s a really good price for this smartphone.

The Galaxy Note9 has everything. It has a big 6.4-inch QHD+ OLED display, it has the Snapdragon 845 chipset, 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage as well as a large 4000mAh capacity battery inside. It does also have a wide-angle camera and a telephoto sensor on the back. But that’s not the most important part of this phone.

That would be the S Pen. It’s the same S Pen we all know and love, but now it has Bluetooth. Allowing you to use it as a remote for things like snapping photos, switching slides in PowerPoint or even navigating through your gallery. The possibilities are endless.

4. LG G8 ThinQ

The LG G8 ThinQ is actually a bigger upgrade over the G7 ThinQ than you might think. It’s the first time LG has used an OLED display on a G series smartphone. It also ditched the earpiece, and has an in-display speaker, as well as a larger battery now – thanks to LG making the back flush with the cameras.

So what’s the LG G8 ThinQ missing? A camera. Unlike LG’s previous flagship smartphone, The G8 ThinQ only has two rear-cameras. That’s perfectly fine. But having a third telephoto lens would definitely be nice. LG did keep the wide-angle lens, which is really great for taking group shots and shots of architecture while you’re on vacation this summer.

There is a Time of Flight sensor on the front of the LG G8 ThinQ, which gives you better portrait mode selfies, and also some rather cool gestures for changing the volume, answering calls and more. You can pick up the LG G8 ThinQ from Amazon using the link below, it’s currently priced at $849.

3. Sony Xperia 1

The Sony Xperia 1 is the only newcomer to this list this month, and it went on sale just a couple of weeks ago. It’s a pretty impressive smartphone from Sony, but as expected, it does have a high price tag, right around $949.

With the Xperia 1, Sony decided to do something different. And that’s going with a much taller display. It’s called “CinemaWide” and it’s a 21:9 aspect ratio display. The same aspect ratio that movies are shot in for the theater. It is also a 4K HDR OLED display – the first in the world and it does look pretty incredible. Consuming media on this phone is mindblowing.

The rest of the Xperia 1 is pretty impressive too. It also has a triple-camera setup, and some really impressive manual options for shooting video and taking photos on this phone. On top of that, it is powered by the Snapdragon 855 chipset, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. All powered by a pretty small 3600mAh capacity battery.

You can pick up the Xperia 1 from Amazon using the link below for $949.

2. Samsung Galaxy S10 Series

Samsung has something for everyone with the new Galaxy S10 series. There’s the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+, and right now these are all discounted by $200, making these an even better deal than before.

The Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ are both the best flagships on the market right now for most people. They check the boxes like the cameras, battery life, display, software and more. The Galaxy S10+ does have an extra camera on the front and a larger battery, as expected.

Now the Galaxy S10e, is the best flagship for those that don’t want to spend a grand. It’s about $250 less than the Galaxy S10+ normally, and it does ditch that ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, in favor of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. And it does definitely perform a whole lot better. It does also ditch that curved display, and seeing as most people don’t like that curved display, that makes this a great option.

You can grab any of the Galaxy S10 models from Amazon using the link below, they start at $549 (with the Galaxy S10 at $699 and Galaxy S10+ at $799).

1. OnePlus 7 Pro

The OnePlus 7 Pro is the best smartphone you can buy today. Unless you happen to be on Sprint.

This one is cheaper than most of the other phones on this list – except the Razer Phone 2. And it also checks just about every box. It has a big, beautiful 6.69-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It also has a triple camera layout, with a wide-angle, ultra-wide angle and a telephoto lens on the back. This is all powered by a 4000mAh capacity battery that has Warp Charge for some pretty fast charging.

You can pick up the OnePlus 7 Pro from OnePlus’ website using the link below. It starts at $669 and goes up to $749.
