However there are 20 programmable buttons in total when you use this plate. There’s also one with 6 side buttons that is most suitable for MOBA games like League of Legends.

While it may not have the modular setup of something like the Naga Pro, it’s a solid, high-quality mouse that isn’t too expensive and is still designed with features to keep your gaming sessions feeling just as high quality.
Since it’s wired it doesn’t rely on battery life or charging. It has a 16,000 dpi sensor too, and you have 11 total customizable buttons so it should work for a wide variety of game types.

Glorious PC Gaming makes one of the best gaming keyboards available so it should be no surprise that it makes one of the best gaming mice, too. The Glorious Model O is all about being lightweight. But that’s not all there is to it.
In addition to being lightweight, it’s ambidextrous. So it’s a great option for right-handed and left-handed players. It’s got a long, flexible cable as well, which means you shouldn’t run into issues having it stretch across your desk if you need to do that.

The wireless connection is strong making it among some of the best wireless mice we’ve tested for gaming, and it comes with an insanely high DPI should you prefer the increased sensitivity. What we liked most about it though are the dual connection types with the lag-free USB-C dongle or Bluetooth options. On top of that, battery life is exceedingly high as well, with up to 120 hours using the wireless dongle or up to a whopping 420 hours while using Bluetooth.
Additionally, charging the battery for just 5 minutes gets you up to 20 hours of game time. And, it has a cool magnetic snap on charging capability so you can quickly charge when you need to while still using the mouse, and then easily disconnect it when you’re done.
Alienware AW720M Tri-Mode Wireless

If you want a good all-around mouse for gaming that is both wired and wireless, has highly customizable RGB lighting, and looks great, look no further than the Viper Ultimate.
Normally this mouse is $130 by itself, and $150 when you get the bundle with the charging dock. But Amazon has the mouse + dock bundle on sale for $130 so you save a little bit.
The Viper Ultimate features what Razer says it eh fastest gaming mouse switch out there. It also only weighs 74g so it’s more lightweight than most options on this list.
SteelSeries Aerox 9 Wireless

SteelSeries’ new Aerox 9 Wireless mouse is the company’s new MMO mouse, featuring 12 side buttons for all of your abilities as well as a couple extra buttons up top in addition to the multi-function scroll wheel and your left and right clicks.
It’s similar in functionality to the Razer Naga Pro. Another excellent gaming accessory. Where this might have a bit of an advantage is the weight. The Aerox 9 Wireless is 89 grams. Compare that to the 117 grams of the Naga Pro. And while love the Naga Pro, some people prefer a lighter mouse. But may not want to give up the 12 programmable side buttons.
Now you don’t have to settle and you still get a great gaming mouse from a leading brand like SteelSeries. You do have to give up the swappable side plates of the Naga Pro, which means no specialized button layouts for different genres of games. But, if you mostly play MMOs, then that shouldn’t have too big of an impact.
