Samsung will soon launch a new Fan Edition (FE) smartphone. The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to arrive later this month or in October. Ahead of that, leaks have revealed pretty much everything you need to know about the phone. Another leak has now shown the handset in all its glory, confirming its design.

A GIF posted by renowned leaker Evan Blass on X/Twitter gives us a 360-degree look at the Galaxy S23 FE. It shows the phone’s design from every angle. We have already seen the device in leaked renders in the past, including some official ones, so the design wasn’t a mystery. The latest leak now backs up what we have seen before.

For a quick recap, the new FE phone will sport the same rear design that you’ll find on every Samsung smartphone launched in 2023, from Galaxy S23 flagships to entry-level models. On the front, we have a punch-hole display with sizeable bezels that many may find too thick for a Galaxy S series phone, particularly the chin (bottom bezel).

The placement of buttons and ports on the Galaxy S23 FE is in line with other Galaxy devices. Despite a less premium look, Samsung will likely offer a glass back and metallic body in the upcoming FE phone. A recent leak claimed that the handset will come in four color options: pearl white, black graphite, purple lavender, and olive. The leaked GIF shows it in black.

The Galaxy S23 FE is nearing its launch

We don’t yet have an official launch date for the new FE phone. However, Samsung likely won’t keep the device under wraps for much longer now. It should break cover soon. We aren’t saying this just because of the number of leaks in recent weeks, which is an indication of a nearing launch, but the handset has already gained an official landing page on the Indian e-commerce platform Flipkart.

Based on this, the Galaxy S23 FE should be official in India before mid-October. The device is rumored to cost ₹54,999 and above in the country, the same as its predecessor. Samsung might keep the price unchanged in other markets as well (Galaxy S21 FE started at $700 in the US). For this price, you’re getting a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1/Exynos 2200 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, 50MP primary camera, 4,500mAh battery, and an IP68 rating. Stay tuned for the official launch.
