The Motorola Razr+ is a pretty impressive foldable from Motorola, and they are clearly excited about it, and so should you. So when can you buy it, and how much will it cost?

Pre-orders for the Motorola Razr+ will open in two weeks, on June 16. The devices will be available a week later on June 23. So there’s a quick turnaround here, which is something we really like to see.

Pricing for the Motorola Razr+ is set at $999. Motorola did tell us that carriers might have different pricing, so we’ll have to wait on them to confirm their pricing for the Razr+. However, since the Razr+ is only available with Sub-6, and not a mmWave model, there shouldn’t be higher prices. In fact, Verizon is not even carrying the device because of the lack of mmWave.

Here’s where you can buy the Motorola Razr+

The Motorola Razr+ will be available at most retailers and carriers in the US. That includes AT&T and T-Mobile. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, it won’t be available at Verizon. However it will still work on Verizon. So you can still use it on Verizon, if you buy it unlocked from Motorola.com.

On the retailers side, it’ll be available from Motorola.com, Amazon, Best Buy and a few others. So it’ll be available from a number of retailers here, which is really good to see. And quite a change from recent Motorola handset launches. For a while there, it was really only available unlocked.

Motorola is making it really easy to get your hands on the Razr+ this year, and that’s going to help the foldable market grow even more. Which research shows that it is set to grow 3.4x over the next 6 years. And selling via carriers is going to help Motorola to get an even bigger foothold in the US. It already sits at number three behind Apple and Samsung.
