Microsoft’s Surface Laptop 5 is currently on sale for $200 off the normal price making it a pretty good deal for those wanting a laptop upgrade.
This deal is for the 8GB RAM/512GB storage model of the Surface Laptop 5 with a 15-inch display. And for the black model of the laptop specifically as the other colors are not available in this configuration or for this price. With that said, if you snag the laptop before the sale is over you can pick it up for $1,299.99 instead of $1,499.99.
Not too bad for a laptop of this quality. It comes with a 15-inch touchscreen display and two of its hallmark traits are that it’s thin and very lightweight. As it only weighs just over 3 lbs. which is pretty good for a 15-inch laptop. It also has a long battery life and that’s one of the more important features. While you can always bring the charger with you when you go places, it’s nice if you don’t necessarily have to. Or at the very least not have to pull it out of your bag. With the Surface Laptop 5 you probably won’t have to because the battery can last for up to 18 hours.
This obviously depends on how you use it but that’s more than enough to get you through the day. Then you can simply plug it in at the end of the day. It also features a 12th Gen Intel chip and has Thunderbolt 4 for power delivery. As well as support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for those times when you want to enjoy a movie or some TV shows.
