The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is a great phone to pick up. It’s on the higher-end of Samsung’s A Series, which offers great specs and great software at a lower price.
With the Galaxy A54 5G, you’re getting a 6.4-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display here. It’s powered by the Exynos 1380 processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage inside. Samsung has also equipped it with a 5000mAh capacity battery. Given these specs, that battery should last you a couple of days on a charge and then some.
On the camera front, Samsung has included a 50-megapixel main sensor, along with a 12-megapixel ultrawide and a 5-megapixel macro lens. There’s unfortunately, no telephoto lens available. So if you were looking for a telephoto camera on a cheap smartphone, well this isn’t it.
There’s also a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, so you can get the all-important crisp selfies from this camera.
This is an unlocked smartphone, so it can be used on Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T as well as any MVNO’s that run on their networks. That includes Visible, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Straight Talk, Google Fi and many others. So you can take it virtually anywhere, and get a pretty cheap plan as well.
