Ulefone has announced a new rugged smartphone, and shared a promo video for it. The name of the device is the Ulefone Armor X13, and the aforementioned video is an unboxing video. It is embedded below the article, and it will give you a really good look at the phone.
The Ulefone Armor X13 is official, the company’s new rugged phone
Having said that, this smartphone has a diamond-shaped frame, and takes inspiration from industrial design. It has a 6.52-inch HD+ display, which is flat, while the MediaTek Helio G36 fuels the device.
Android 13 comes pre-installed here, while you’re also getting 6GB of RAM. You also have access to 6GB of virtual RAM, by the way. Ulefone included 64GB of internal storage here, but you can expand that with an additional 256GB via a microSD card.
A 6,320mAh battery also sits inside this phone, while the device supports 10W charging. Yes, the charger is included in the box, and the phone charges via a Type-C port.
A 50-megapixel main camera is included here, and it’s backed by a 24-megapixel night vision camera. On the front, you’ll find an 8-megapixel selfie camera, which is placed inside a waterdrop notch.
It is resistant to drops, water, and dust
The device is MIL-STD-810H and IP68/IP69K certified. In other words, not only can it take a hit, but it’s also water and dust resistant. This is a rugged smartphone after all.
There is a fingerprint scanner included on the right side, and the device also supports facial scanning. That feature will use the phone’s front-facing camera to get the job done.
There are also two SIM card slots included on this phone. You’ll find two nano SIM card slots, and either can be set as a primary one. The Ulefone Armor X13 supports 4G LTE connectivity, 5G is not supported.
There is a notification LED light included, and the phone measures 173 x 83 x 13.55mm. It weighs 300 grams, which is not surprising considering the size of its battery and rugged build.
