The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is coming in a couple of months, and based on the latest info, the phone will offer two telephoto cameras. That’s just a part of the info that surfaced, though.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will include two telephoto cameras and much more

Based on the information from Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will include two telephoto cameras. The first one will be a 3.2x zoom camera for portraits. The other one will be a periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom support.

Having said that, this smartphone will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It will have four cameras on the back, overall. In addition to these two telephoto cameras, you’ll also get wide (main) and ultrawide cameras. We don’t have the details on those, though, not yet.

The tipster also said that the prototype of the phone features curved glass on the back. The design could be different on the final mode, though, as he’s unsure if this was an early prototype or a more recent one.

50W wireless charging will be supported, as will a 120Hz refresh rate (on both displays)

The phone is also said to offer 67W wired, and 50W wireless charging. That’s pretty much everything that got revealed this time around, but a previous leak provided more information.

Xiaomi’s upcoming book-style foldable is expected to flaunt an 8.02-inch main display, and a 6.5-inch cover panel. Both of them are said to offer fullHD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Xiaomi will utilize LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage here, while an under-display camera is also not out of the question. It is not exactly likely we’ll see it here, though. A side-facing fingerprint scanner will be included.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will become official in August, unless Xiaomi ends up making major changes. The Xiaomi MIX Fold 2 arrived in August last year, so… there you have it.
